Menus and Beverage Service
McCormick & Schmick's is committed to serving the freshest seafood available. To ensure the success of your party, all menus must be determined 14 days in advance. The availability and prices of fresh seafood cannot be guaranteed more than 30 days prior to an event.

Guest Count
The final, guaranteed number of guests must be specified three business days prior to your event. This number will be considered final and will not be subject to reduction. You will be billed based on your final guaranteed number of guests.

Billing
All balances are due upon completion of your event. Your deposit will be deducted from all final bills. McCormick & Schmick's accepts all major credit cards and pre-approved company checks. No personal checks please, for final payment. A 20% service charge, plus 5% sales tax, will be charged to all food and beverage totals.

Alcoholic Beverages
Wine, beer, liquor and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through McCormick & Schmick's. There is no corkage program. Beverages can only be dispensed by our bartenders and servers. Our liquor license requires staff to request proper identification of any person of questionable age and to refuse service to any person who is underage or if proper identification cannot be produced. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated.

Dining Rooms
Our dining rooms are available for private parties, but they must be filled to capacity (# required) to be guaranteed for your event. If the minimum number of persons falls below capacity, privacy cannot be guaranteed and you will be billed for the difference based on the menu chosen. This policy is subject to change based on the availability and season.

McCormick & Schmick's is happy to handle all aspects of your event, including table arrangements, rentals, etc.

Minimums
Food and Beverage Minimums must be agreed upon prior to your event. Please call (512) 236-9600 and ask for the Banquet Manager, who will put together a contract for your event. There is no room charge, but we do ask for a credit card to hold the reservation
