Chef Joho's menu offers a
variety of light snacks and full meals, with
highlights including Uncle Hansi's Onion Tart,
Hanger Steak, Pomme Frites, Coq au Vin, Croque
Monsieur, and classic desserts like Profiteroles
covered in Homemade Chocolate Sauce and the
Crème Brûlée, of course.
Along with its extensive wine and beer lists,
Brasserie JO pulls in an eclectic crowd of
Bostonians at cocktail time with an extensive
selection of martinis and the restaurant's
signature beer, Hopla, an authentic Alsace-style
draft beer.
Brasserie JO has three main
spaces: a French bar, a main dining area with
a 1940s look, and a unique "Winter Garden." In
addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the
restaurant offers a late-night menu until midnight
and serves brunch on weekends. Reservations
are highly recommended but not required. Hotel
guests can ask The Colonnade's 24-hour concierge
service to handle their reservations. Valet
