Our Key West Resort is adult exclusive with a minimum age of 21. Sorry, no children or spring breakers allowed. Note: A 3-7 night minimum may be required for major holidays and special events, with advance deposit and cancellation policies. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional charge of $15 p/p, p/n. In room with existing bedding (sorry, rollawways not available). Add 11.5% tax. Check-in: 3PM, Check-out: 11AM. A credit card or advance deposit is required to guarantee reservations, and 7-14 day notice is required to cancel reservations with no penalty. Guests are expected to establish credit with the front desk upon arrival. Plenty of free parking and no added resort fees.
