Located on the famed Ocean Drive, but away from the tourist-laden haunts, De Rodriguez Cuba at the Hilton Bentley’s luxurious poolside, beachfront restaurant is intimate and elegant, pulsing with the energy and excitement that South Beach demands. The inspired menu features favorite entrees like the Duck Duo of chive and scallions crepa stuffed with duck ropa vieja, candied walnuts and goat cheese/crispy duck leg served with tangerine demi-glace; Vaca Frita with avocado and tomato chimichurri, and Chicken Imperial of yellow rice with roasted peppers filled with chicken stew.
