The Dorchester Hotel and Luxury Suites is located on fabulous Collins Avenue in South Beach, approximately 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport.

The Dorchester is a simple and basic Art Deco hotel located steps from the beach. Built in the Mediterranean style in 1939 by famous Architect Frank Wyatt Woods, the Dorchester is a three-story building that wraps around a garden patio.

Decorative keystone panels, terrazo floors, and a metal grillwork with the hotel's initial letter have all been preserved. In the morning, Dorchester Cafe serves fresh breakfast-indoors or in the tropical garden patio (not included in the room rate).The hotel features a landscaped pool area complete with poolside barbecues. They also offer laundry, translation, porter, and other services.

Parking is available for additional fee of 25.00 per day, payable directly to the hotel.All rooms are air-conditioned and have cable television, refrigerator, and private bathroom with shower.

The Dorchester recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of all guest rooms and public areas. Our 96 room boutique property has a variety of room types available.
