Nobu Miami Beach is the Miami outpost of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's new Japanese cuisine empire. Nobu draws upon his classical training at sushi bars in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world to create a whole new trend in Japanese cuisine, bringing a burst of excitement to the already famed scene of Miami Beach.
Nestled in the ultra chic Shore Club, Nobu adds a level of class and sophistication to the legendary nightlife spot. The white curtain enveloped Nobu Lounge is "the place to be seen" where locals, visitors, connoisseurs, and socialites convene. In the dining room Nobu's signature dishes such as Yellowtail with Jalapeno and Black Cod with Miso are served to throngs of fans, proving that in the end, it is all about the food.
Private Party Facilities: Nobu Miami Beach is available for semi-private parties in the lounge, limited occupancy of the main dining room, the entire restaurant for the evening, or off premise events. Please note that any party of 11 or more will be required to dine with a set menu. It is recommended to call in advance for large party reservations. Confirmation is available one year to the date.
Nobu Lounge: Capacity for entire lounge is 60. The lounge dining can be closed with a shear curtain. Seating capacity is 32. Main Dining Room: Capacity for the dining room is 140 guests seated.
