Jazz Brunch Buffet
...is a sumptuous display of hot and cold dishes. Because we use only the freshest ingredients, the buffet's selections change according to season and time of day. In the morning, a typical selection of hot dishes includes made-to-order omelets, Eggs Benedict, sausage and bacon, grits and grillades, and shrimp or veggie pasta with a creamy Alfredo sauce. The afternoon's sampling includes Creole jambalaya, turtle soup, Duck a l'Orange, and Shrimp Etouffee.
The cold buffet is a creative sampling of boiled shrimp (and crawfish when in season) with your choice of traditional cocktail or Creole remoulade sauces, seafood and pasta salads, ceviche, marinated artichokes, pâtés, cheeses and a variety of fresh fruit. Also included are delicious desserts: pecan pie, chocolate mousse, homemade French vanilla ice cream, Bananas Foster and our famous bread pudding with whiskey sauce. While enjoying brunch, relax and sing along with our strolling Jazz Trio.
The
Scene
Fountains and a playful jazz band create
a soothing atmosphere under a canopy of wisteria
in the French Quarter's biggest courtyard
for dining. Inside is elegantly done with
white linen and mirrors.
The
Food
Brunch is an undertaking of tremendous magnitude.
The buffet offers more than 80 items, including
traditional breakfast foods, cold salads, soup,
fruit, boiled seafood, dessert and more. On
weekends, a special station makes eggs Benedict
and omelettes to order. Southern favorites
such as grits and grillades are among the best
anyplace. Brunch wouldn't be the same without
Two Sisters' signature mimosas. Order a split
of house champagne and a carafe of OJ to make
it through the meal. Dinner features Creole
seafood specialties such as etouffee and several
fresh fish dishes, plus veal, beef and chicken.
Dessert is an extravagant affair
