d.b.a. is located @ 618 Frenchmen Street in historic Faubourg Marigny.
Next to the French Quarter and just a block past Esplanade Avenue, we offer one of the largest selections of beer and spirits in the city in a comfortable setting.
The building dates back to the 1880's, & musicians say the all cypress wood music room is one of the warmest sounding rooms in New Orleans.
We feature live music nightly. We are proud to present some of New Orleans and the region's greatest musicians, and are privileged to have had appearances on our stage by greats such as Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, David "Honeyboy" Edwards, Jimmy Buffet and Stevie Wonder. When in New Orleans, get away from the tourist traps of Bourbon Street and head down to the "Marigny", just downriver from the French Quarter, voted w/Williamsburg, Brooklyn and the Inner Mission in San Francisco as one of the hippest neighborhoods in the country.
You'll be glad you did. Open @ 5pm Monday-Thursday, 4pm Friday-Sunday.....we close in the wee-wee hours.Good spirits are always on tap at this upscale
brewpub.
