inside the magnificent Maison Dupuy Hotel.
This luxury hotel is the former residence
of Paul Prudhomme, who presided over the
kitchen as its first chef 20 years ago.

Maison Dupuy’s insistence upon top-tier
culinary talent continues to this day. In
1997, the hotel acquired nationally acclaimed
Chef Dominique Macquet. His signature New
Orleans restaurant, Dominique’s, remains

daily in-house.

we insist upon serving only the best and
freshest ingredients, our restaurant menu
is constantly changing to suit the seasons
and item availability.

Dominique’s
is designed to provide a grand yet intimate
setting like no other restaurant in New Orleans.
The dining room seats 90, and the courtyard
accommodates an additional 25. Catering for
as many as 200 guests is available in the
Toulouse and Renoir rooms. All patrons at
this restaurant enjoy complimentary valet
parking.
Dinner
is served in Dominique's each evening between
6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The French Quarter
Bistro is open from 7:00am until Midnight
daily.
Capacity
The dining room seats 90 and the courtyard
25. Catering for up to 200 guests is available
in the Toulouse and Renoir rooms. Diners
enjoy complimentary valet parking.
Service
Dinner is served each evening between 6:00
p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Dominique’s Lounge
is open from 11:00am until Midnight daily.
