Main
Dining
Local artist and sculptor, Luis Colmenares,
was commissioned for the décor of Red
Fish Grill, and his creative and unique designs
showcase the theme of Casual New Orleans Seafood.
Sculpted palms encircle and extend from tall
columns, seafood of all shapes and sizes are
etched into sea-colored concrete floors and
hand painted tables provide colorful drama
for the eye. A sea of metal fish in neon swim
overhead and an enormous Red Fish painted on
the concrete wall that separates the Main Dining
Room from the Oyster Bar is the focal point
in this room. Four large windows in the Main
Dining Room provide thrill for children of
all ages as they can watch Executive Chef Gregg
Collier and his team of talented chefs engaged
in the kitchen.
Lake Room
Located adjacent to the Main Dining Room, the
Lake Room can be utilized by itself or in conjunction
with the River Room for private events. The

Wine Room
Located at the end of Red Fish Grill's Oyster
Bar, the Wine Room is the smallest of our dining
rooms. A hand crafted wine cabinet houses a
portion of Red Fish Grill's vast wine collection
and is the focal point of the room. Claire
Brennan's black and white photography graces
the walls and wood pocket doors can be closed
Oyster Bar
Red Fish Grill's festive cocktail and raw oyster
bar is open daily from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.
Giant oyster mirrors with peals hang on the
ancient brick wall behind the bar and metal
sculpted sea creature barstools add to the
theme of the restaurant.
The bar at Red Fish Grill, which physically
extends the entire length of the Iberville
side of the restaurant, features a series of

and bayou residents taken by Claire Lally Brennan,
Ralph Brennan's mother in 1948, as part of
