This live music and private party venue underneath BLVD boasts a state of the art sound system and recording studio. Live music is featured almost every night of the week with artists ranging from local up and coming to world renowned. Accommodating 150 people seated (350 cocktail style) the venue is perfect for record release parties and other industry events. Crash Mansion at BLVD has already made a name for itself among local and seasoned musicians since its opening night with Norah Jones in December 2003.

The Scene
Nestled in the basement of 18,000-square-foot restaurant-and-club complex BLVD, Crash Mansion feels like somebody's hip basement--complete with a small performance stage, a clean-sounding system and equipment for streaming live shows to the Internet. The decor is sublime but striking: Rough, slate-colored stone bricks get softened by dim lighting, while a separate bar and lounge foyer offers a relaxed congregation area before and after bands perform. Booths and tables line the perimeter of the concert floor, where a DJ takes over after performances.

The Draw
It's rare to find an upscale live music venue in the city, let alone a new, modern-looking one--and this spot books both up-and-coming bands and more established names (Norah Jones was one of the first talents to grace the stage). On weekends, find multiple band showcases from 7:30pm until midnight, after which patrons can step upstairs for a taste of the more trendy BLVD.
