A popular college sports bar set in the unassuming mini-mall across from UCF. Outside, it looks small, almost forgettable. Inside, visitors can stretch out in the establishment's wide, inviting dining room. Banners supporting the UCF Golden Knights can be found everywhere, as can the usual sports-bar beer advertisements. An equally expansive stage runs along the south wall.

With entertainment options by the university still minimal, Liquid Cellar tends to fill up frequently, especially during football season when students cheer on the Knights. Weekends are also particularly busy, when local bands grace the stage
